Desautels Management Leadership Seminar (DMLS)

The Desautels Management Leadership Seminar (DMLS) is an introductory case competition designed to prepare first-year undergraduates for the world of case-cracking and consulting. Operating under the Management Undergraduate Society, we aim to integrate and develop students’ knowledge across a variety of business-related fields including finance, marketing, sustainability, and entrepreneurship through speaker series, case cracking, networking sessions and case competition.
