The Vice President of SEDI promotes Sustainability, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion across all MUS operations while fostering an inclusive and engaged community. They oversee SEDI-related committees and lead initiatives that advance the MUS’s commitment to these principles.
Responsibilities include:
Promote the principles and respect of Sustainability, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion among all MUS students and clubs.
Facilitate SEDI-related events such as Wellness Week and Green Week.
Lead SEDI-related committees such as DOC and DEC.
Oversee fundraising events such as CASCO and P[h]assion.
Solicit feedback from MUS students pertaining to SEDI to build and improve the student experience in the BCom program.
Liaise with the MUS Ombudsperson to promote awareness of EDI issues facing MUS students.
