Daniel Jennings

The President of the MUS is the head of both the MUS Executive Team and the Board of Directors. They are the lead representative of the MUS to McGill administration, other faculty associations and external parties, including but not limited to: RÉFAEC, Corporate Sponsors, Registraire des Entreprises du Québec, etc.

Valerie Yeung

The Vice President of Communications manages all MUS marketing, branding, and digital media to ensure clear, consistent communication across the society and with the broader Desautels community.

Kate Boudreau

The Vice President of Events & Engagement serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the MUS, ensuring social events are safe, sustainable, and effectively coordinated with key stakeholders. They provide strategic oversight for the Events portfolio, maintain relationships with venues and suppliers, and serve as a senior resource for event planning and execution.

Ben David-Deleplanque

The Vice President of Corporate Relations leads the MUS sponsorship strategy, fostering partnerships with businesses, alumni, and university offices to secure funding and strengthen external engagement opportunities for students.

Lisa Marie (Mars) Bitout

The Vice President of Academic Affairs oversees all academic-related initiatives, representing student interests to faculty and administration while fostering strong relationships with professors, academic committees, and career services to enhance the student learning experience.

Engueran Turmel-Josek

The Vice President of Financial Affairs manages the MUS’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, transparency, and compliance across all portfolios and initiatives.

Cosmo Koeune

Leila Le Hir

The Vice President of Internal Affairs oversees MUS operations, clubs, and facilities, managing elections, sustainability, and student experience initiatives within the Desautels community.

Georgia Fishteyn

The Vice President of Competitions oversees all academic competitions and conferences, representing the MUS externally while supporting organizing committees and enhancing McGill’s presence and performance at national and international events.

Vivian Zhao

The Vice President of SEDI promotes Sustainability, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion across all MUS operations while fostering an inclusive and engaged community. They oversee SEDI-related committees and lead initiatives that advance the MUS’s commitment to these principles.
